This 275,920-square-foot, 14-story, 289-key hotel development on a half block houses suites and traditional rooms, a bar, a cafe, a full-service spa and a dining facility with a commercial kitchen on the 14th floor. Modern hospitality features include mobile key guest entry, in-room lighting controls and architectural lighting features. The design ties back to The Cowlitz Tribe through tasteful modern design elements that integrate the Cowlitz culture and heritage. Our team鈥檚 successful project execution consisted of coordination and collaboration of multiple stakeholders and our selection of skilled, experienced, and teamwork-driven subcontractors. Integrated into the Cowlitz Cultural Corridor are audio/visual, and gallery displays that allow exhibits to be exchanged.
